From the provided text, Seller must know what is best for it for the video. This way, it may reduce the delivery lead time. Generally, Seller was responsive. I am happy with the video.

epiphanyanimati:Buyer was very difficult to work with. He liked the video, but blamed me because he did not know how to download the video to his computer. I provided support, uploaded the video to google drive, and even screen-recorded a tutorial. I am disappointed - this is my first review lower than 5 stars!
